PANDESAL ICE CREAM SANDWICH

Ingredients:

For this recipe, you simply need two components:

Ice Cream (Your favourite Flavour)
Bread Rolls (Pandesal)

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut every pandesal to half.
  2. Warm the frying pan (low fire)
  3. Add a little butter around the pandesal.
  4. Fry it in the pan. Wait a little for it to be crunchy.
  5. Take it out of the pan and wait for a couple of minutes until the pandesal cools off just a little.
  6. Take 1 scoop of your favourite Ice Cream.
  7. Open up the pandesal and put the ice cream in.
  8. Fold up the pandesal.
  9. There you are! You've got a pande-cream. Just make sure you eat it right away since the frozen delight will certainly melt within seconds. Bon Appetit!
